As per the medical professionals, you can have 2-5 cups of coffee in a day without sugar to gain most of its health benefits.

However, keep in mind that when our body absorbs too much caffeine, the neurological effects are enhanced and cause an elevation of blood pressure, increased heart rate, and insomnia. So, drink responsibly.
