Hence it is considered as good cholesterol. But the low density lipoprotein has a low density of protein and a high density of cholesterol and hence it is considered as bad cholesterol. Both HDL and LDL are necessary for our body, but any change in these levels can create problems specially if the LDL content increases.
So, it is very necessary to know what harm it can cause to our body and what are the ways to reduce LDL level.
